Role Overview

• Our client is seeking an experienced HR Generalist with strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment. This role is critical to attracting, assessing, and onboarding high-performing talent that drives business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles and levels
• Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs
• Design and execute effective talent sourcing strategies
• Manage interviews, assessments, offers, and onboarding
• Maintain talent pipelines and recruitment metrics
• Support core HR operations and compliance as required.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in recruitment (mandatory)
• CIPM certification – compulsory
• Strong understanding of recruitment in a structured, fast-paced environmen
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and execution excellence.
