This position is ideal for a dynamic and versatile HR professional who can support core human resources functions while fostering a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices and a passion for supporting people and organizational growth in a fast-paced retail environment.

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process
• Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new hires

Performance Management

• Assist in administering performance appraisal cycles
• Support managers in setting goals and tracking performance
• Ensure documentation of performance-related issues

HR Policy Implementation

• Communicate and enforce HR policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal regulations
• Support policy development and updates
• Contribute to strategic HR initiatives and organizational development

HR Administration & Reporting

• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Generate HR reports and analytics
• Support audits and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
• Serve as a professional role model within the HR team
