Core responsibilities

• Recruitment and onboarding: Manage the hiring process from job posting and candidate screening to interviews and the onboarding of new employees.
• Employee relations: Address employee concerns, conduct investigations, and help resolve conflicts to maintain a harmonious work atmosphere.
• Benefits and compensation: Administer employee benefits programs, such as health insurance and retirement plans, and help with compensation and payroll matters.
