About the Role

• Our client is seeking a passionate, responsible, and highly motivated Performance Management Executive to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor performance management systems and KPIs.
• Support managers in setting clear performance goals and conducting appraisals.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends and improvement areas.
• Collaborate with HR to link performance outcomes with rewards and development plans.
• Champion a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• CIPM certification (qualified or in view) is mandatory.
• 1–3 years’ experience in performance management or HR-related functions.
• Strong analytical, communication, and people management skills.
• Passionate about organizational growth and employee excellence.
