Our client, a leading provider of Optical Health Services, seeks an experienced HR Executive to join their team. As an HR Executive, you will play a key role in managing human resources functions, ensuring compliance, and driving organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment processes, ensuring timely and cost-effective talent acquisition
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
• Handle employee relations, conflicts, and grievances
• Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in HR roles
