    HR Consultant (Organisational Development)

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
    • At least 7-10 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on Organization Development or Performance Management.
    • Prior working experience in a management consulting firm is preferred.
    • Skilled in conducting organizational assessments using surveys, interviews, focus groups, and data analysis.
    • Capable of designing and implementing customized OD interventions (e.g., leadership development, team building, restructuring, job evaluations).
    • Experienced in strategic planning facilitation, change management, and guiding organizations through transformation efforts.
    • Proficient in designing and delivering training, coaching, and leadership development programs aligned with succession and talent strategies.
    • Strong knowledge of performance management systems, KPIs, and evaluation tools to support continuous improvement and talent development.
    • Able to conduct culture assessments and drive initiatives that align behaviors with core values and desired organizational culture.
    • Demonstrated ability to monitor, evaluate, and adjust interventions using data-driven insights.
    • Excellent facilitation, communication, systems thinking, and project management skills.
    • Strong emotional intelligence, interpersonal skills, and the ability to build and lead teams.
