HR Associate at Primestix Construction Limited

Location: Wuye, Abuja.

We are looking for a proactive HR Associate to support our human resources functions, including recruitment and selection, employee relations, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support recruitment and selection, onboarding, and employee engagement
• Handle HR documentation, records, and compliance
• Assist with payroll and benefits administration 
• Coordinate training and development programs 
• Manage leave, performance tracking, and workplace policies

Requirements:

• Minimum of Bachelor's degree in any field 
• Minimum of 2-3 years of HR experience 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of HR policies and Nigerian Labour laws
• Goal-oriented and proactive.
