HR Assistant at Resource Intermediaries Limited

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team at a restaurant in Oluyole, Ibadan. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and implementing effective HR strategies.

LOCATION: Oluyole and Mokola

WORK SCHEDULE: Mon-Fri 

SALARY: 80-90k

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Manage recruitment, training, and development programs
• Oversee employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Analyze HR metrics and provide insights for improvement
• Foster a positive work environment and company culture

Requirements

• B.Sc/HND in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in administrative or HR roles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
