    HR Assistant

    Responsibilities

    • Maintain and update employee records and databases.  
    • Prepare and process HR documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and onboarding materials.  
    • Coordinate and assist with recruitment efforts, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.  
    • Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases.
    • Provide administrative support for client projects 
    • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes for clients.  
    • Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires, including preparing materials and scheduling orientations.
    • Address employee queries related to policies, procedures, and benefits.  
    • Organize and maintain HR documentation; digital.  
    • Coordinate client’s team-building activities.  

    Requirements

    • First degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
    • 1 year of experience in an HR role.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.  
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.  
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).  
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.  
    • Proactive and detail-oriented
