    HR Assistant

    We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive HR Assistant to support our growing team and help maintain our high standards of operational excellence.

    The Role

    As an HR Assistant, you will play a vital role in the daily administrative operations of our Human Resources department. You will support the full employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to performance tracking and record maintenance. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a \"zero-tolerance for error\" mindset when it comes to data and documentation.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Recruitment Support: Assist in posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews for various departments.
    • Onboarding: Coordinate the orientation process for new hires, ensuring all documentation is completed and they are integrated into the company culture.
    • Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date digital and physical employee files, ensuring strict confidentiality.
    • Payroll & Attendance: Assist in tracking staff attendance and preparing data for monthly payroll processing.
    • Policy Compliance: Help communicate company policies and ensure that all staff adhere to our quality and safety standards.
    • Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits, leave requests, and general HR procedures.

    Requirements

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
    • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in an HR or administrative role (experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus).
    • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and experience with HRIS or digital management tools.
    • Precision: High level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
    • Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse workforce.
