    HR and Business Operation Specialist

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable HR and Business Operations Specialist to join our dynamic management consulting firm.
    • This role offers a unique opportunity to bridge the gap between HR functions and general business operations, contributing to our company's growth and success.
    • This position combines HR expertise with business acumen, allowing you to have a holistic view of our company's operations.
    • You will collaborate closely with leadership to support HR functions while also actively participating in business administration, goal setting, and strategic planning.
    • This multifaceted role entails responsibilities in human resources, business operations, and business planning, making it a pivotal position in driving the growth, efficiency, and success of our organization.
    • The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, adept at managing a wide range of human resources functions, from talent acquisition and development to employee engagement, as well as operational functions from corporate goal setting to business performance reviews.
    • This role requires exceptional self-leadership, organizational, and communication skills, as well as an understanding of human resources and business operations best practices.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management, with a strong focus on talent acquisition, development, and employee engagement.
    • Proven experience in implementing successful talent management strategies and programs.
    • Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively at all organizational levels.
    • Strong self-leadership skills, with the ability to self-start and proactively develop and implement effective operational plans
    • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Proficient in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Professional HR certification is a plus.
