The HR & Admin Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources and administrative functions in alignment with the company’s goals. The role focuses on building a strong organizational culture, optimizing people operations, and ensuring seamless administrative support. The ideal candidate will work closely with leadership to attract, retain, and develop top talent while ensuring compliance and operational efficiency in a fast-paced IT sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement hiring strategies to attract top IT and sales talent.
Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
Design and execute performance review systems to drive high performance.
Identify and address performance gaps and facilitate individual growth plans.
Conduct training needs analysis and implement tailored L&D programs.
Oversee leadership development initiatives and skill enhancement workshops.
Build and sustain a positive workplace culture to boost employee satisfaction.
Implement recognition and reward programs to retain top performers.
Oversee payroll administration and benefits programs.
Conduct market research to ensure competitive compensation structures.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, data protection regulations, and industry standards.
Develop and update HR policies and employee handbooks.
Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on people strategies and organizational change.
Partner with sales and IT leaders to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
Analyze HR metrics (attrition, engagement, recruitment efficiency) to provide insights.
Present regular reports on workforce trends to guide strategic decision-making.
Oversee office administration, facility management, and vendor coordination.
Manage travel arrangements, office supplies, and general company logistics.
Ensure proper record-keeping and documentation for legal and organizational purposes.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
4–8 years of experience in HR and administration, ideally in tech or sales-driven organizations.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, labour laws, and administrative processes.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative approach.
Proficiency in HR analytics tools, HRMS, and ATS platforms.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
Strategic thinking with a focus on achieving measurable business outcomes.
Experience in working with IT sales professionals or similar industries.
Certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, HRCI, PHR) are a plus
