HR Advisory Analyst at Kimberly Ryan

Responsibilities

• Handle Advisory Projects such as Culture Realignment, Compensations and Benefits, Organisational Design. etc
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all advisory projects.
• Conduct competitive analyses and market research to tailor HR strategies for clients.
• Collaborate to identify business growth opportunities and innovative HR solutions.
• Conduct research to support proposal content and ensure alignment with client needs.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to support client advisory services.
• Conduct market research to enhance advisory solutions and client proposals.
• Provide administrative and operational support during client advisory sessions.
• Delivering HR recommendations and solutions tailored to client requirements.
• Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and commitment to client success

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR advisory or a similar role .Experience working in a consulting firm is an added advantage
• Experience working on client-facing projects is an advantage.
• Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
