We are hiring a seasoned HR & Administrative Associate with 3–5 years’ experience to lead and manage core HR and Admin functions in a fast-paced logistics environment.
This role demands intelligence, grit, and independence to solve conventional HR/Admin challenges while aligning with senior HR leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of fleet personnel
Design and implement training and assessment frameworks with L&D consultants
Conduct background verification of all personnel
Administer payroll, insurance, and employment benefits
Supervise admin staff handling logistics, supplies, and office maintenance
Maintain complete, compliant employee records and benefit data
Lead performance management, employee engagement, and conflict resolution
Collaborate on periodic salary surveys and market benchmarking
Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures
Coordinate offboarding processes for exiting staff.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Admin, or a related field (professional certifications are an advantage)
3 – 5 years of experience in HR/Admin, preferably in logistics or professional services
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Power BI is a plus
Experience with HR systems, data, and employment regulations
Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities
Ability to work independently and deliver results under pressure.
