The ideal candidate will work closely with the HR Manager to provide advisory services on issues revolving around the organization’s workforce, recruitment, learning and development, employee engagement, performance management, payroll, benefits, leave, and enforcing company policies and practices as well as administrative tasks.
Overall, this role seeks to ensure that the HR department is provided with all the needed support to ensure its operations run smoothly
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate all HR/Administration activities.
Manage recruitment and exit procedures.
Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
Minimum of 3 years proven experience as an HR/Admin Officer, preferably in the Media or Entertainment Industry.
CIPM certification will be an added advantage.
Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
