    HR & Accounts Officer

    Job Details

    • Administer the recruitment and selection process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires.
    • Maintain employee records, including personal information, attendance, leave, and performance evaluations, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
    • Coordinate employee training and development initiatives, including identifying training needs, scheduling sessions, and tracking participation.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs, in alignment with organizational goals and legal requirements.
    • Handle employee relations matters, including resolving conflicts, addressing grievances, and promoting a positive work environment.
    • Manage payroll processing, including calculating wages, deductions, and taxes, and ensuring timely and accurate payment to employees.
    • Stay updated on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide guidance to management and staff on HR-related matters.

    Accounts:

    • Maintain financial records and ledgers, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
    • Process invoices, expense claims, and reimbursements, ensuring accuracy, proper authorization, and timely payment.
    • Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets, providing support to management for financial decision-making.
    • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including vendors, clients, and auditors, to resolve financial discrepancies and queries.
    • Monitor cash flow, expenses, and budget variances, identifying areas for cost-saving initiatives and efficiency improvements.
    • Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulations, including tax laws and reporting requirements.
