Housekeeper at Class Suites Hotels & Apartments

Responsibilities
Cleaning:

• Back of House: Some hotels may also require cleaning of laundry facilities or other back-of-house areas.
• Furniture and Fixtures: Dusting and polishing furniture, fixtures, and decorative items in both guest rooms and public spaces.
• Guest Rooms: This includes vacuuming, dusting, cleaning bathrooms, changing linens, and restocking amenities.
• Public Areas: Cleaning lobbies, hallways, elevators, and other common areas to maintain a welcoming atmosphere.

Restocking:

• Supplies: Replenishing toiletries, linens, and other guest amenities.
• Food and Drink: Restocking items in guest rooms like coffee, tea, and snacks.

Reporting:

• Maintenance Issues: Reporting any damage, malfunctions, or needed repairs in guest rooms or public areas.
• Safety Hazards: Identifying and reporting any potential safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.

Other Responsibilities:

• Laundry: Sorting, washing, drying, folding, and storing hotel linens and terry.
• Customer Service: Responding to guest requests and inquiries, and providing a friendly and engaging service.
• Equipment Maintenance: Ensuring cleaning equipment is in good working order and reporting any issues.
• Following Policies: Adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND, NCE, OND, SSCE / GCE / NECO with 1 - 3 years of experience.
