    Hotel Front Desk Personnel

    Responsibilities

    • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
    • Attend to bookings and inquiries by guests and ensure a seamless booking process for guests.
    • Ensure all payment and reservations are made for the day
    • Ensure guest satisfaction
    • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
    • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
    • Provide basic and accurate information inperson and via phone/email

    Requirements

    • Understanding of Guest Relations in a Hotel environment
    • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Professional attitude and appearance
    • Good written and verbal communication skills
    • Organizational skills
    • Customer service attitude
    • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office
