    • Welcome and engagement of everyone who walks in.
    • Make each visitor feel noticed, and turn first-timers into returning customers.
    • Greet and guide guests; recommend menu items and upsell; share daily counts (total engaged, new, returning); collect daily feedback; pass issues to the Food Operations Manager.
