Job Description

• We are seeking courteous, energetic, and customer-focused Waiters and Waitresses to join our hospitality team and deliver exceptional dining and guest service.
• The Wait Staff will be responsible for attending to guests, taking food and beverage orders, serving meals, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience in line with the resort’s hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and present menus
• Take accurate food and beverage orders
• Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally
• Ensure tables and dining areas are clean and well arranged
• Respond politely to guest inquiries and requests
• Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service
• Comply with hygiene, safety, and service standards

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Neat appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Previous hospitality or customer service experience is an advantage.
