    Hospital Human Resource Manager

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our hospital team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with healthcare regulations. The HR Manager will work closely with hospital leadership to ensure a positive workplace culture and support our mission of providing exceptional patient care.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Recruitment and Staffing:

    • Develop and manage recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
    • Conduct interviews, coordinate hiring processes, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

    Employee Relations:

    • Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and promoting effective communication.
    • Mediate conflicts and provide support in resolving workplace issues.

    Performance Management:

    • Implement performance appraisal systems and provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans.
    • Support employee development through training and career advancement initiatives.

    Compliance and Policies:

    • Ensure compliance with labor laws, healthcare regulations, and hospital policies.
    • Develop and update HR policies and procedures as needed.

    Compensation and Benefits:

    • Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and compensation strategies to attract and retain staff.
    • Conduct market research to ensure competitive compensation packages.

    HR Administration:

    • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
    • Prepare reports and analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 4 years of experience in human resources management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
    • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
