We are currently recruiting Helpdesk Supervisors at So Fresh. So Fresh is a healthy food company with operations across Nigeria. At So Fresh, we believe food should be fresh and close to nature as much as possible, hence we create tasty, fresh, delicious healthy food options.

Job Summary

• Serve customers by providing product and service information.
• Resolve customers’ concerns, complaints and obtain feedback.
• Cross-sell and up-sell product items.
• Ensure sales are closed at the stipulated time.
• Train and mentor, the online sales and helpdesk team on company standards and expectations
• Provide leadership, coaching and direction to the Online sales team.

Requirements:

• Minimum of B.SC, HND certification in a relevant field
• 2 -3 years’ experience in a customer service role in the food/retail industry
• Experience coaching and supervising a team is desirable.
• Working knowledge of customer service principles & practices
• Willingness to work on a shift basis and weekends
• Possess excellent telephone etiquette.
• Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times
• Computer literacy is highly required.
