Healthcare Business Development Manager at Dr. Hassan's Hospital & Diagnostic Centre

• We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Healthcare Business Development Manager to join our team.
• The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding our reach by attracting organizations to register their staff for healthcare management with us, similar to HMO services.
• The primary focus will be on marketing our healthcare solutions to a diverse range of clients, including companies, schools, individuals, banks, NGOs, government organizations, embassies etc.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective business development strategies to promote our healthcare management services.
• Identify and target potential clients, including companies, schools, NGOs, government organizations, and other relevant institutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their healthcare needs and tailoring solutions accordingly.
• Set and achieve ambitious targets, with a focus on driving business growth.
• Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure the attainment of set targets and implement necessary adjustments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of healthcare services to clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, preferably in the healthcare or hospitality industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
