About the Role

• We are seeking a  Healthcare Assistant to support the pharmacist in daily pharmacy operations. 

Responsibilities

• Support the pharmacist in preparing and dispensing prescriptions accurately
• Receive, shelve, rotate, and routinely count medications and supplies to ensure proper inventory control and expiry management
• Maintain accurate daily sales records and support basic operational expense tracking with appropriate approvals
• Respond to customer enquiries and telephone calls
• Ensure the pharmacy environment, shelves, and work areas are clean, organised, and compliant with operational standards
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
