    Quality Assurance Officer

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Monitor compliance with hospital policies, healthcare regulations, and quality standards
    • Conduct routine quality audits across clinical and non-clinical departments
    • Develop, implement, and track quality improvement initiatives and programs
    • Review incident reports, patient complaints, and service gaps while recommending corrective actions
    • Track key quality indicators and prepare periodic QA performance reports
    • Coordinate accreditation processes and regulatory compliance activities
    • Support patient safety, infection prevention, and risk management initiatives
    • Organize staff training and sensitization sessions on healthcare quality standards and best practices
    • Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and proper documentation
    • Collaborate with department heads to improve operational efficiency and patient experience

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Public Health, or a related field
    • 2–4 years’ experience in Quality Assurance within a hospital or healthcare environment
    • Strong understanding of healthcare quality standards, patient safety practices, and regulatory requirements
    • Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
    • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
    • Professional certifications in Quality Management or Healthcare Quality Assurance will be an added advantage
