Health Safety Environment Officer at Cen Global Services Limited

Responsibilities

• Maintain the company’s QMS in alignment with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 standards.
• Ensure documentation of policies, procedures, and processes meet compliance standards.
• Conduct internal audits and inspections to assess compliance with quality, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure strict adherence to HSE policies, procedures, and legal requirements at project sites
• Enforce the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Identify non-conformities, propose corrective actions, and ensure follow-up for resolution.
• Maintain audit records and report findings to management.
• Liaise with clients, external auditors and regulatory bodies during inspections and audits.
• Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Support the development of a risk management framework to ensure operational integrity.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement through regular review and optimization of business processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or in a related field
• Certifications in QHSE (ISO 9001, ISO 45001, etc.) is an added advantage
• Experience in relevant standards (ISO 9001, ISO 45001, etc.)
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in QHSE
