Health Information Officer at Havana Specialist Hospital

Location: Surulere, Lagos

Job Description

• We are seeking to employ a Health Information Officer who will be responsible for the generation, preservation and retrieval of medical records, and oversee the periodic update of patients information in the hospital.

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND in Health Information Management or its equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years post graduate experience as a Health Records Officer
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and EMR usage
• High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling patient and staff information
• Intermediate level in data analysis skill
• Proximity to Surulere will be an added advantage.
