What You'll Do
- Lead Talent & Performance Management initiatives.
- Drive performance appraisal, KPI, and succession planning processes.
- Partner with business leaders to develop, engage, and retain top talent.
- Champion employee development, culture, and organizational effectiveness.
What You Bring
- 7–8+ years of progressive HR experience with expertise in Talent & Performance Management.
- Professional HR certification (CIPM, CIPD, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent).
- Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and change management skills.
- A proven track record of driving performance and talent transformation.
