The Profile
First degree in Business Administration, Law, Politics, Social Sciences, etc. (MBA & MSC is an added advantage)
Any relevant professional certifications. (CIPM, CIPD, SHRM, etc.)
Previous experience in running a recruitment and outsourcing department; sound knowledge of the business of outsourcing and recruitment, payroll management, business development, etc.
Must be able to continually provide top class talents as outsourced to the company's clients.
Must be able to facilitate the on-boarding and seamless integration of new staff into the system.
Must be able to plan and organiz recruitment campaigns, set up talent database and recruitment channel system.
