Job Description

• The Head, Project will be responsible for planning, organizing, executing and monitoring various projects in line with agreed service expectations and propositions. 

Qualifications

• First Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field from a reputable institution.
• Minimum of 10 years relevant experience in a similar role.
• MSc / MBA or relevant certification is an added advantage.
• Membership of relevant professional bodies i.e. PMP / PRINCE II certification is desirable.
• Good Knowledge of project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
• Strong influencing and negotiation skills with an ability to engage with others to achieve positive results.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport across various stakeholders and effectively communicate and interact with top level management.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.

Skills and Capabilities:

• Oversee the development of plans, programs, and initiatives to be executed by the projects team in line with the overall business strategy and agenda.
• Develop feasible program and structure financing to ensure projects are approved and sustainable.
• Manage existing relations and, identify/onboard new strategic relationships.
• Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring effective management of team dynamics and performance.
• Negotiate and draft letters of intent (LOI) for lease with lessees.
• Review legal documents for structuring, risk management, and tax issues.
• Define target markets and develop applicable pricing models.
