Job Description

• Serve as programme manager for TOS Foundation, coordinating multiple projects in the organisation.
• Planning and designing the programmes that can include content for TV and proactively monitoring its progress, resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective action
• Knowledge of not-for-profit landscape and donor relations
• Writing fundraising proposals and reporting on projects
• Plan and conduct market research under the supervision of Marketing and Communications Director.
• Plan and conduct market research for TOS TV
• Design strategy for creating, maintaining and engaging TOS TV online community to generate content and feedback on the station’s shows

Qualifications

• Masters Degree in business administration or related field
• Good knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation procedures
• Familiarity with research methods and reporting techniques
• Proven experience in program management.
• Proven stakeholder management skills.
• Proven experience managing a team.
• Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Understanding of project management.
