Production Manager(Fashion)

Salary: ₦2.4M net per annum

Our client, a fashion company, is looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee garment production, manage tailors, ensure quality standards, and improve productivity across operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise tailors and production staff
- ⁠Ensure quality control and timely delivery
- ⁠Improve productivity and optimize resources
- ⁠Enforce production processes and standards
Person Specifications:
- BSc/HND in Fashion Design or related field
- ⁠Minimum 4 years’ experience in fashion production (with supervisory/managerial role)
- ⁠Strong hands-on knowledge of tailoring, garment construction & fabrics
- ⁠Ability to manage tailors, enforce discipline, and meet production timelines
- ⁠Quality-focused, detail-oriented, and process-driven
