    Head of Sales

    About the job

    • We’re seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Sales to lead and scale TeKnowledge’s sales strategy across key markets — driving revenue growth, customer acquisition, and strategic partnerships.
    • This role requires a proven leader who can inspire high-performing teams, collaborate across functions, and align commercial strategies with TeKnowledge’s mission to deliver expert technology services in AI, Cybersecurity, Customer Experience (CX), Digital Skilling, and Enterprise Technology.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and Execute Sales Strategy: Define and implement a comprehensive sales and GTM strategy aligned with TeKnowledge’s growth objectives, ensuring revenue and market share targets are met or exceeded.
    • Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities and drive expansion into strategic markets and verticals within the assigned regions.
    • Client & Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure long-term business partnerships.
    • Sales Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement.
    • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular insights and reports to executive leadership.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams — including marketing, delivery, and operations — to ensure customer satisfaction, alignment, and successful execution of strategic initiatives.
    • Public & Private Sector Engagement: Build strategic relationships with both private and public sector organisations to strengthen TeKnowledge’s presence and influence across markets.
    • Market Intelligence: Maintain an in-depth understanding of local and regional market dynamics, emerging technologies, competitors, and economic trends to inform data-driven decision-making.
    • Global Collaboration: Work closely with global and regional teams to align strategies, share best practices, and deliver excellence across all customer touchpoints.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field – required.
    • Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) – preferred.
    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales leadership roles within the technology or consulting industry.
    • Proven record of success driving revenue growth and managing complex sales cycles.
    • Demonstrated experience building and leading high-performing, multicultural sales teams.
    • Strong understanding of AI, Cybersecurity, and Enterprise Technology services.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to drive strategic initiatives and deliver operational excellence.
    • Strong analytical, forecasting, and business acumen skills.
    • Proven ability to operate in a global, fast-paced, and cross-functional environment.
    • High emotional intelligence, integrity, and a collaborative leadership style.
    • Professional fluency in English and local languages as required.
