    Head of Sales-Energy Business ( IT Solutions for the Energy/Oil & Gas sector)

    Job Summary:

    • This role is responsible for achieving Revenue and Gross Margin targets on a quarterly and yearly basis, with a strong understanding of IT solutions and the BFSI industry. The candidate must engage with CIOs/CTOs to build trust and ensure timely delivery of technical and commercial commitments. They will lead a team of IT sales professionals, driving industry reach and closing large deals to meet targets.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Achieve quarterly and yearly business unit targets.
    • Create and implement growth strategies.
    • Expand Manifold’s presence in Energy/Oil & Gas sectors both vertically and horizontally.
    • Foster C-level engagement in key accounts.
    • Lead and close large deals.
    • Set clear business objectives and manage budgets for the Energy Business Unit.
    • Build and manage a strategic IT sales team.
    • Drive research on industry-leading solutions and OEMs.
    • Ensure high customer satisfaction and manage NPS.

    Requirements:

    • Strong knowledge of IT solutions for the Energy/Oil & Gas sector.
    • Extensive network in the Energy industry (Nigeria or abroad) with C-level connections.
    • MBA in Sales & Marketing.
    • 12+ years of sales experience in the technology sector, particularly in Energy.
    • Familiarity with OEMs in EMEA.
    • Experience with CRM software.
