• This is a build-from-zero, high-impact leadership position.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and lead the development of AI-driven marketing solutions
• Translate business problems into scalable technology products.
• Build internal tools (automation, dashboards, optimization systems).
• Work across strategy, media, and creative teams.
• Turn innovation into commercial value.

Requirements

• 3+ years in product, engineering, AI, or MarTech.
• Experience building or scaling digital products.
• Strong understanding of AI tools, APIs, and data systems.
• Ability to think commercially, not just technically.
• Experience working in fast-paced or growth environments.
