Role Summary
- Leads the establishment's academic and research vision, ensuring delivery of internationally benchmarked training programmes.
- Oversees faculty development, curriculum design, academic standards, and strategic academic planning.
Minimum Requirements
- Masters or PhD in Marine Studies, Education, or related fields.
- 10 - 15 years of academic leadership, preferably in technical education.
- Strong knowledge of global maritime education standards and regulatory frameworks.
