• We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as the Head of Regulatory Affairs.
• In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing regulatory strategies to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• You will lead a team of regulatory professionals and work cross-functionally to drive regulatory initiatives and approvals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute regulatory strategies to support product development and commercialization
• Lead regulatory submissions and interactions with health authorities
• Provide regulatory guidance to internal teams
• Monitor and interpret regulatory developments
• Manage regulatory team and resources
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and understanding of regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and present regulatory reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of experience with at least 4 in regulatory affairs within the FMCG space.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in regulatory affairs
• Strong knowledge of global regulatory requirements and processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Outstanding stakeholder management skills

• Experience interacting with health authorities
