We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as the Head of Regulatory Affairs.
In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing regulatory strategies to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
You will lead a team of regulatory professionals and work cross-functionally to drive regulatory initiatives and approvals.

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute regulatory strategies to support product development and commercialization
Lead regulatory submissions and interactions with health authorities
Provide regulatory guidance to internal teams
Monitor and interpret regulatory developments
Manage regulatory team and resources
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and understanding of regulatory requirements.
Prepare and present regulatory reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, advanced degree preferred
Minimum of 10 years of experience with at least 4 in regulatory affairs within the FMCG space.
Demonstrated leadership experience in regulatory affairs
Strong knowledge of global regulatory requirements and processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead and motivate a team
Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Outstanding stakeholder management skills
Qualifications:
Proven track record of successful regulatory submissions and approvals
Experience interacting with health authorities
