We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Head of Partnerships to lead the development and execution of strategic partnerships that create measurable business opportunities and revenue growth.
This role is ideal for a high-performing professional with a proven track record of building and converting institutional, ecosystem, channel, and enterprise partnerships into tangible commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute Dragnet's partnership strategy across key sectors and ecosystems.
Identify, secure, and grow strategic partnerships that generate direct or influenced revenue.
Build relationships with senior stakeholders, institutions, associations, and industry partners.
Convert partnership opportunities into active business engagements, referrals, distribution channels, and revenue-generating initiatives.
Lead partnership negotiations, proposals, and commercial discussions.
Maintain a strong partnership pipeline and ensure disciplined follow-through on all opportunities.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, Finance, Legal, and Delivery teams to drive successful execution.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, Marketing, Economics, Social Sciences, Public Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 8–10 years' experience in Partnerships, Business Development, Enterprise Sales, Channel Development, or Commercial Leadership.
Demonstrated success building partnerships that delivered measurable business or revenue outcomes.
Strong network across institutions, associations, public sector organizations, ecosystem players, or enterprise channels.
Experience within technology, recruitment, assessment, training, HR, identity, compliance, or enterprise solutions is an advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder engagement, and commercial relationship management skills.
