Job Description

• To ensure operational efficiency and drive revenue, customer growth for the logistics set up
• To Identify areas of operational loopholes and seek ways to address them
• Develop and implement operational policies and key performance results for all units within the courier set up
• Involving in the coordination, supervision and training of all managers and line operation officers
• Coordinate all operational activities (intra and interstate) shipment
• Develop and maintain the best applicable practices to enhance the operation across terminals
• Generate operational reports and other financial reports if possible for management use
• Generally perform any other duties as may be assigned by the management.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with at least 8 years work experience.
