Job Description
- The Head of Operations will be responsible for managing all field teams across the South West states and ensuring generators at all locations are constantly functioning.
- The Head of Operations will play a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency, implementing best practices, and ensuring seamless coordination across various sites.
Qualifications
- 8-10 years, with at least 3 in a similar role
- Experience managing teams across locations
- Proven track record of implementing process improvements and reducing costs
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
