    Front Desk / Receptionist

    We are recruiting on behalf of a leading financial services organization seeking a smart, professional, and customer-oriented individual to join its team as a Front Desk Officer / Receptionist.

    This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, creating positive first impressions, maintaining professional standards, and supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the office. The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and stakeholders while providing administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.

    The Opportunity

    As a Front Desk Officer / Receptionist, you will:

    • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and stakeholders.
    • Welcome guests professionally and ensure a positive customer experience.
    • Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them appropriately.
    • Maintain the reception area and ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
    • Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate visitor management.
    • Receive, record, and distribute correspondence, documents, and deliveries.
    • Support administrative and office coordination activities as required.
    • Maintain accurate records and assist with basic documentation and filing.
    • Provide support to management and other departments on assigned tasks.
    • Ensure professionalism and excellent customer service in all interactions.

    Who We're Looking For

    • A smart, well-presented, and professional individual with excellent interpersonal skills.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Friendly, courteous, and customer-focused.
    • Good organizational and time-management skills.
    • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic office tools.
    • Previous experience in customer service, reception, front desk operations, or administrative support will be an added advantage.
    • Minimum qualification of Bachelor\'s Degree in any relevant discipline.
    • Candidates residing around Lugbe, Airport Road, Kuje, Lokogoma, Pyakassa, Kyami, and surrounding areas will have an added advantage.
