Job Summary

• We are looking to hire an ambitious and resourceful individual who will lead the Business Development and Marketing team.
• The role will involve being a devoted brand advocate for SKIN101 Center (Skin101 Clinics and its sister companies).
• The individual will be proactive and skilled in identifying our target audience and devising the best marketing strategies to attract and retain clients.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Drive the brand strategy in the beauty industry
• Promote the products and services of the companies by developing successful online and offline marketing strategies
• Conduct research to identify emerging marketing trends in the industry
• Lead the Business Development and Marketing team to brainstorm and execute all online strategies including ads/campaigns and storytelling
• Analyse consumer behaviour and adjust strategies accordingly
• Track sales and product performance in order to predict and analyse customer needs
• Developing and managing the marketing budget
• Oversee and approve all marketing content and material.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a relevant field
• A minimum of 5 years relevant work experience.
• Genuine interest in the beauty industry
• Customer-centric and result-oriented
• Sales-driven and a strong business acumen
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills.
