Head of Maintenance at Peridot Forte Solutions Consulting

Our Client in the Fast-Food Industry is looking for Head of Maintenance to join their team.

Job Brief:

Responsible for overseeing maintenance efforts across an organization. Manages maintenance activities for the upkeep of buildings, landscapes, vehicles, and offices. Oversees a range of custodial and maintenance activities. Resolves problems as they arise whether directly or by assembling teams to solve those issues.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead all maintenance processes and operations.
• Track expenses and oversee the budget for maintenance.
• Maintain all machinery to ensure it’s at working standards.
• Create and implement maintenance procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems.
• Plan and manage all repair and installation activities.    
• Ensure all department workers adhere to the safety policies and procedures.
• Assign repair schedules and evaluate repair cost estimates.
• Document and prepare daily progress reports and maintenance logs.
• Oversee equipment stock and place orders for new supplies when necessary.
•  Looking for new ways/tools/assets to improve productivity and cut costs
• Preparation of Maintenance reports.

Requirements

• First degree in Mechanical, Electrical engineering or any related field.
• Good Knowledge of Industrial Ovens maintenance, power generators maintenance materials sourcing, fleet management and repairs.
• Strong Cost Management ability and Projects Management.
• 3-5 years proven work experience.
