Head of Maintenance and Inspection Services

Main Responsibilities
- Define and implement maintenance and inspection in alignment with API, ASME, ISO 55000, and international asset integrity standards.
- Lead risk-based inspection (RBI) and reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) analyses to optimize inspection intervals and reduce unplanned shutdowns.
- Direct root cause failure analyses (RCFA) and forensic engineering investigations. -Integrate predictive maintenance systems (Al/loT sensors, vibration monitoring corrosion monitoring).
- Drive digital transformation of maintenance through CMMS, EAM, and asset performance management (APM) platforms.
- Act as the technical authority for maintenance and inspection activities, ensuring alignment with OEM recommendations and industry best practices.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc / B.Eng. in the required Engineering discipline or its equivalent
- 8 years in maintenance and inspection in oil & gas, energy, or industrial sectors.
- Proven track record in asset integrity management, reliability engineering, and maintenance strategy.
- Member of Nigerian Society of Engineers/COREN.
