Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent development
• Manage employee relations and performance management systems
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal standards
• Lead organizational change and culture-building initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years’ HR leadership experience, preferably in manufacturing
• Recognised professional qualification (e.g CIPM, PHRI, SPHRi)
• Basic HR Management Certificate (e.g., HR Fundamentals or HRBP Essentials)
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability.
