Head, Human Resources at Workforce Group

• As a C level staff, this will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including Human Capital strategy, Organizational development strategy, employee engagement strategy, knowledge management strategy, employee resourcing strategy, talent management, learning & development strategy, compensation and reward strategy and enforcing company policies and practices.
• The candidate should be flexible to take on not only transformational consulting responsibilities but should also be open to going mainstream hands-on to lead various departments in the company. We expect the candidate to possess the capabilities and flexibility for succession to rise to the peak of the company’s management structure.

Experience:

• Background that candidate should have: Up to 5 years Cognate experience in HR leadership and/or management
• Industry where candidates should have worked before: Food, FMCG, HR Consulting experience will be a plus

IMMEDIATE DELIVERABLES:

• Initial requirement will be to evaluate the current state that we are structured, review the roles, their jobs and their expected KPIs (Job Grading)
• Next is work with all teams to review and determine their output alignment between their team processes to the overall company business objectives
• Finally, will be to develop the clarified purpose and goals (with the strategy), critical success factors for its implementation and a number of strategic initiatives with associated timed goals so as to optimize business performance.
