Head, Human Resources at Sidmach Technologies Nigeria Limited

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and drive Sidmach's Human Resources strategy in alignment with Sidmach’s corporate and business goals at any time.
• Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract, select, and hire top talent in the IT industry, ensuring a diverse and inclusive workforce.
• Develop and implement performance management systems, processes, and tools to ensure employees are held accountable for their performance and contributions to the company's success.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies, minimizing risks and ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
• Manage the Human Resource budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and cost management.
• Lead and support the development and implementation of HR policies across all areas of the organization in alignment with Sidmach’s strategic objective for company wide performance improvement, productivity, effective resource management and alignment.
• Oversee all human resource function and processes related to but not limited to talent acquisition and management, manpower planning, learning and development, compensation and benefit, performance management, career development & planning, etc.

Role Requirements

• A minimum of Graduate-level Degree, a Master or MBA would be an added advantage.
• Membership of at least one of CIPM, CIPD, Agile HR, SHRM, HRCI etc.
• A minimum of 10 years cognate experience with at least 4 years in a Management position.
• Human Resource Practitioners license.
• Extensive HR leadership experience.
• Experience working in the IT industry.
• Demonstrated experience leading Human Resources initiatives and Delivery teams.
