Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee HR, Administration, and Corporate Affairs
- Develop and implement HR policies & strategies
- Drive employee engagement and performance
- Lead workforce planning, training & arbitration
Requirements:
- B.Sc./HND in Social Sciences, Arts, Law, or related fields (CIPM membership required)
- 8-10 years of HR experience (5+ years in management)
- Strong leadership, negotiation & strategic planning skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Must be under 36 years old
