Head, Human Resources / Administration at Greenbox Facilities Limited

Responsibilities

• Optimally manage all company resources for effective output
• Weekly rendition of report to MD/CEO
• Manage a detailed database of all company employees
• Provide business support to drive sales
• Provide effective leadership to subordinates
• Supervise cleaners to clean and arrange office on time before daily business starts
• Coordinates weekly, monthly and quarterly meetings
• Coordinate all staff to ensure the activities on the workplan are achieved
• Collate all unit heads report for submission to MD/CEO.

Key Performance Indicators

• Continually increase the organization cost savings by 5% monthly
• Delivers weekly report by 9am every Monday to MD/CEO
• Directly contribute 10% to monthly sales figure.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with at least 5 years relevant work experience.
