• HR Policies/ Strategies for National Staffs
• HR MIS For National Staffs Employee Engagement Activities For National Staffs
• Disciplinary Matters for National Staffs
• Health and Safety for National Staffs
• HR Compliances For National Staffs
• Application of IT in HR

Requirement

• B.Sc degree in Human Resources or related field.
• A minimum of 5-10 years’ experience in a management role.
• Good knowledge and use of Microsoft Office packages & ERP systems (Knowledge of Navision& SharePoint will be an added advantage).
• Hands-on experience with HR software.
• Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices.
• Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills
• Interpersonal Skills
